About Chloe

Welcome to my About Me Page!

Instead of trying to give you a sense of who I am through few paragraphs, I thought that I would just give you a bunch of tidbits about me! If you have any questions, feel free to email and ask 🙂

  • I like lists…
  • I can’t sit still for very long…when I was young, my Mom used to tell me to go run around the house a few times before dinner every night in hopes that I would stay in my seat. (This was before my parents figured out that swimming would be a great solution)
  • I started my journey as a competitive swimmer when I was 7…and don’t know if I have gone an entire week without being in the pool/ocean ever since.
  • I grew up on the East Coast and went to college and grad school in Boston, where I studied Child Development and Child Psychology with a focus on Nutritional Behavior Change.
  • I eat ice cream (Edy’s Slow Churned preferably) 6/7 nights a week. I love ice cream so much that I once lost my keys and found them in the freezer…on the ice cream container.
  • I love big dogs.
  • Many of my friends have told me that I am either acting like a 5 year old, or a 45 year old, but rarely the 26 year old that I am.
  • As a triathlete himself, my Dad always encouraged me to try out the sport. I was hesitant at first, because I had very little experience running and biking, but was hooked after my first race.
  • In the spring of 2009 I met a a very tall boy named Chris. He is my boyfriend, best friend and favorite play mate.
  • I was very fortunate and grew up in a house where my plate was not only always filled with healthy food, but I was taught about how eating a balanced diet would help me grow up to be a strong.
  • I love to dance, but often look awkward because I have such long arms and legs.
  • I am not very fashion forward, and would much rather have a big fancy kitchen, than a big spacious closet for my clothes.
  • I work for a children’s hospital as a childhood obesity policy analyst…I am working to increase opportunities for children to grow up healthy!
